Dr. Shelley Rinker sees her role not only as a medical provider, but as a partner in health. She has been practicing pediatric medicine for more than two decades as well as being the mother of two now grown children. She knew she wanted to alleviate children’s suffering since she was in high school leading her to a career as a pediatrician. Dr. Rinker has a special interest in victims of child abuse, foreign adoption, adolescent medicine and autism. She also is skilled at diagnosing all types of rashes, from infectious to rare. She is married to her husband Cameron, who also enjoys working with children as a sports director at the YMCA. When they are not working, they enjoy spending time with and traveling to visit their son and daughter.
